The Rules
1. You must be a fan of JD Fortune.
2. Fill out the form as completely as possible. Your name, email address, & country are required fields - without them I can not add you. Your email address must be a valid email (example: do not use abc@abc.com).
3. You do not need to have a site. However if you do, please save a code to your own server and link it back to http://jd-fortune.net. Please do not direct link.
4. Please keep your member information up-to-date. If your email or website URL change, fill out the update form.
